Chef Jodi’s 4th of July Menu

It’s time to celebrate Independence Day, and if you’re looking for some menu inspiration, you’ve come to the right place!  Chef Jodi is all about celebrating diversity this holiday, so she will be preparing the below Middle Eastern-themed menu for her friends and family this year:

Appetizers:

Artichoke Dip
Flatbread with Grilled Tomatoes and Tahini and Feta and Olives
Baba Ganosh with Pita Chips

Main Course:

Mushroom and Zucchini Shawarma Kebabs
Persian Chicken Kebabs
Salmon and Swordfish Kebabs with Zaatar and Sumac
Farro Tabouli
Corn Salad with Feta and Tomato
Homemade Tahini

Desserts:

Plum Tart
Pavlova with Fresh Fruit
