Baked Brie with Grapes and Walnuts

This is a delicious winter dish, inspired by Instagram.  Enjoy!

What You’ll Need:

2 cups grapes washed and dried, stems removed
8-ounce round of Brie cheese
1/2 cup of walnuts
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
1 to 2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon chopped rosemary or thyme
1 to 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan (optional)
One baguette, sliced

What to Do:

Preheat oven to 400°.
In a medium size baking dish add grapes and place brie in the middle. Sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper and sprinkle with a little more olive oil.

Bake for 25 minutes. When done remove from oven, drizzle with honey and chopped rosemary.
Slice melted cheese open and mix with the grapes and walnuts.  Then, add grated parmesan and serve with fresh sliced baguette.
Serves 6
