What You'll Need:
Softened rice paper wrap
Lettuce (half leaf, lengthwise)
Cucumber (thinly sliced)
Carrots (thinly sliced)
Green onions (thinly sliced)
Vermicelli rice noodles
Mint (whole leaves)
Cilantro (whole leaves)
Pea shoots (instead of bean sprouts)
What To Do:
Combine all ingredients into a bowl, then wrap up mixture in rice paper. Once wrapped, cut in half and serve alongside our Asian Chile-Garlic Sauce. Enjoy!
