A client gave me this recipe and told me how addictive it was…and oh was she right! This truffle popcorn is the perfect snack, whether you’re kicking back at home with a loved one to watch a movie or serving a sizable batch for hungry party guests. You can’t go wrong!
What You’ll Need:
1 cup organic plain popcorn kernels (not the kind you pop in a bag)
2-3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2-3 Tablespoon white or black truffle oil
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup grated parmesan
Sea salt, to taste
What to Do:
In a large pot with a secure lid, pop the corn kernels according to instructions. Empty the popcorn into a large serving bowl. Add truffle oil and toss until completely coated. Add lime juice, parmesan, and salt.
