Roasted Garbanzo Beans

What You’ll Need:

2 cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

1 Tablespoon olive oil

Sea salt and pepper

What to Do:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Spray a baking sheet with olive oil. Toss garbanzo beans with olive oil and salt and pepper. Spread evenly on baking sheet. Roast for 15 – 20 minutes.

* You can also add other spices, such as garlic powder, curry powder, or whatever your preference!
