Grill season is upon us! Summertime is perfect for firing up the grill in the backyard or for setting up a picnic at the park. Take a break from the traditional hotdogs and hamburgers, and show off your grill skills with some Latin cuisine! The neighbors will certainly be impressed.
What You'll Need:
8 boneless chicken breast or 2 pounds beef
3/4 cup cilantro
3 Tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon smoked sea salt
½ cup olive oil
What to Do:
Add all ingredients to food processor, process until all ingredients are completely mixed.
Pour over chicken and toss until all the chicken is completely coated with marinade. Marinade for a few hours.
Grill chicken 8 minutes on each side. Serve with Cilantro Rice or Quinoa with Black Beans & Corn!
