What You’ll Need:
2 Tablespoons Fennel Seeds
2 Tablespoons Cumin Seeds
2 Tablespoons Coriander Seeds
1 Tablespoon Mustard Seeds
1 teaspoon smoked or coarse sea salt
½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
2 Tablespoons olive oil (divided)
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
What to Do:
In a spice or coffee grinder, add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, mustard seeds and coarse salt. Grind seeds until you have a nice consistency.
Pour spices into small bowl, then add pepper and mix well.
Brush your protein with olive oil and crushed garlic. Generously coat protein with rub mixture on both sides. Then, feel free to grill, pan sear or roast your protein to your liking. Enjoy!
