This rub is delicious on chicken, lamb, or minced beef – plus so easy to make!
What You’ll Need:
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons coriander
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
1/3 cup olive oil
2 lemons, juiced
6 cloves garlic, minced
What to Do:
In a small mixing bowl, blend all spices together. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk lemon juice, garlic and olive oil.
Brush your protein with the olive oil mixture and generously add all spices on both sides. Grill, roast or pan-sear your protein to your liking and enjoy!
