What You’ll Need:
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Butter to coat frying pan
What to Do:
In a small frying pan, heat butter and melt with 2 ½ tablespoons of parmesan cheese on medium flame. When cheese is completely melted, remove from flame and take spatula to smooth out the edges.
When cheese has stopped sizzling and cooled down, turn over onto the bottom of a glass. With another glass, mold cheese gently into a basket. Next, turn cheese over from glass so it is upright, and repeat until you have made 4 baskets.
You can also make small appetizer size baskets. Simply mold over a shot glass fill with pesto, guacamole or float in soup!
You can also fill the baskets with fruits of your choice, such as pears or apples. The possibilities are endless!
