Asian- and Latin-Infused Flank Steak

You’ll love this easy, but delectable summer recipe.  Try it with skirt steak or sirloin – a definite crowd-pleaser!

What You’ll Need:

  • 2-3 lbs. flank steak
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • Fresh juice from 2-3 limes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

What to Do:

Clean and pat flank steak dry.

In a medium-sized bowl, add olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic and cilantro.  Whisk together all ingredients until well blended.

Place meat in a re-sealable plastic bag, add marinade, and close tightly.  Let marinate for several hours or overnight.

Grill meat over medium heat until desired doneness.

Let meat rest for 10 minutes, then slice thin.

Serve, and enjoy!
