There’s nothing like a superbly grilled steak for Father’s Day! And this marinade is delicious and can be used on many types of protein.
What You’ll Need:
¼ cup whole grain mustard
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary
2 teaspoons Spanish Paprika
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 pounds beef tenderloin
What to Do:
Whisk together all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours before using.
Pour marinade over beef and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.
Grill meat turning once, and brush with marinade for 4 – 6 minutes each side until golden brown and slightly charred for medium rare.
Another option can also be to slice meat lengthwise in quarters, marinade and put on wooden skewers and grill as above.
