This is the easiest cookie to make and will impress your guests! Plus, they freeze beautifully and make lovely hostess gifts!

What You’ll Need:

2 cups peanuts (salted or unsalted, its up to you!)

2 cups golden raisins

2 cups cornflakes

2 cups dried cherries

1 14 oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

What to Do:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Line two large baking trays with parchment paper and spray well with Canola cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients and toss well.

Add sweetened condensed milk and toss until all ingredients are completely coated.

Using a large tablespoon, spoon cooking dough onto baking trays and bake for 10 – 12 minutes. Let cool completely.

In a double boiler or microwave, melt chocolate chips until creamy.

After cookies have completely cooled, turn them upside down and spread melted chocolate on bottom of each cookie. Place in refrigerator for an hour until chocolate has hardened.

Yields 36 cookies
