½ cup Tahini sauce
½ cup Italian dressing
1-2 Tablespoons lemon juice
10 falafel balls (broken up into pieces)
3 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup grape tomatoes
1 large English cucumber (washed and sliced)
1 cup chopped dill pickles
What to Do:
Whisk Tahini sauce, lemon juice and Italian dressing together.
Place shredded cabbage on large serving platter. Then, add sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and diced pickles. Scatter falafel over salad and pour dressing over entire platter. Toss and enjoy!
