What You’ll Need:
1 package chicken tenders
½ cup dry white wine
1/3 cup soy sauce
¼ cup mirin or seasoned rice vinegar
2 Tablespoons peanut oil
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
1 Tablespoon fresh grated ginger
2 teaspoons curry
1 teaspoon Shirachi sauce, optional
Small wooden skewers
What to Do:
Soak skewers in water. Then, in a medium size mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together and marinate chicken for several hours. Place chicken on wooden skewers then grill. That’s it! Enjoy.
