Brett Gottlieb, owner of San Diego-based Comprehensive Advisors, contacted us last month to plan a special holiday celebration for his team. We created a fabulous menu for them and shipped ingredient boxes to his team members so that they could cook along with Chef Jodi. The California cuisine menu items consisted of a Puff Pastry Tart with Caramelized Onions, Mission Figs and Gorgonzola for an appetizer and an Herb-Crusted Grouper -- locally sourced from Catalina Offshore -- paired with Orzo with Lemon Juice and Cherry Tomatoes as the main course. Dessert was our signature Chocolate Melting Cakes.
We cooked together, shared some laughs and had a great evening! It was a wonderful way to close out the year. We are excited for the New Year and look forward to helping companies kick off 2021 with our unique virtual cooking experiences! Hope to see you in our (virtual) kitchen soon.
