It was finally time to break in our new kitchen, and Suneva was the group to do it!
The California-based medical device company brought its team in for a lovely evening of cooking, collaboration and camaraderie, with team members preparing a delicious five-course meal together.
The menu consisted of a variety of California cuisine dishes, including freshly baked Focaccia, Eggplant Caponata with Burrata, Roasted Grape Salad with Arugula, Manchego and Marcona Almonds, Wild Mushroom Farro Risotto, Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Garlic Mustard Sauce and fresh Broccolini with Artichokes. And to top it all off, dessert consisted of our signature Chocolate Melting Cakes.
All in all, the team had a wonderful time cooking together in our state-of-the-art kitchen, all while sipping wine and taking in the spectacular views of La Jolla.
