For the last ten years we’ve offered the most popular cooking classes in all of San Diego, and our latest guests came to experience a customized class of their own. Last week, we hosted four lovely ladies from Aetna for an afternoon of cooking, fun and delicious food.
Together, they prepared Puff Pastry Tarts with Caramelized Onions, Fresh Pears, Mission Figs and Gorgonzola for an appetizer and a delicious Basil and Lime-Roasted Salmon over a seasonal Roasted Grape Salad with Manchego for a main course. Dessert was a fabulous Pumpkin Bread with Cream Cheese Frosting – a three-course meal enjoyed by all!
The ladies had a wonderful time and commented how unforgettable their experience was. The icing on the cake? Our unique venue with views overlooking La Jolla – a special treat since our guests came all the way from the East Coast!
