There’s no better time than now to try our gourmet cooking classes, and we had three lovely ladies come from Florida and Lake Arrowhead, California, to do just that! Susanne Garris was looking for a fun activity for her mother-in-law and pastry chef sister-in-law and thought Lajollacooks4u would be a great way to enjoy each other’s company and prepare some delicious food.
The ladies had a blast cooking and sipping wine throughout the evening, and they absolutely loved Chef Jodi’s Fig and Olive Chutney with a freshly baked Cape Seed Bread – a favorite recipe from her travels to South Africa! Another big hit was the Grilled Branzino with Latholemono Sauce – another recipe inspired from Chef Jodi‘s travels to Greece. Dessert was our delicious seasonal plum tart.
All three took home a copy of our best-selling cookbook and promised to visit again soon!
