Lajollacooks4u’s Farmer’s Market + Farm-to-Table Cooking Package has become all the rage lately!
Sean and Carol Miller visited us from Indianapolis, two super-foodies who enjoyed learning all about farm-to-table cuisine. They could not get enough of all the delicious recipes featured in our cookbook, and together with Chef Jodi, they prepared a delicious locally caught, Black Seabass with a Chimichurri Sauce, coupled with a Quinoa Medley Saute.
Also selecting the Farmer’s Market package was Lizzie and Elaine, who traveled all the way from Amarillo, Texas, earlier this month.
Says Lizzie, a chef and restaurant owner, “What a delightful experience. This adventure was both informative and relaxing. As a chef and foodie, I really enjoyed the inside tour of San Diego’s Little Italy Farmer’s Market, as well as the attention to detail, the food prep and menu planning. My mother-in-law and I enjoyed a beautiful, fresh and delicious lunch alfresco with beautiful views!”
