Last week, we welcomed our last group to visit us in 2019! San Diego-based telehealth company, AristaMD, brought 15 of its team members for a special holiday celebration and white elephant gift exchange.
The event began with the group partaking in a few icebreakers to break into teams and assemble into their assigned cooking stations. Team member Cienna Mansfield helped coordinate a delicious tapas menu that both teams helped prepare. Menu items included our signature Salmon Bar with Cilantro Lime Sauce, Miso Ginger Sauce and Herb Dijon Sauce, and Tiramisu Shooters for dessert – all of which were huge hits! Select members from each team also designed infomercials to market their delicious creations.
All in all, the group had a wonderful time interacting with one another and preparing our mouth-watering California cuisine. Not only did everyone leave with full bellies and unforgettable memories, but CEO Brooke Levasseur told us that hands-down, this was the best holiday party she’s ever been too!
It was a wonderful way for us to end 2019! We cannot wait to see what’s in store for Lajollacooks4u in 2020.
