Last week, we hosted 17 staff members of the American Association of Pediatrics for a fabulous team-building luncheon!
After playing several ice breakers and splitting into two teams, the group created a delicious menu of Porcini-crusted Chicken with Roasted Tomato and Olives Sauce, accompanied with our Wild Mushroom Farro. The two teams also prepared Eggplant Roll-ups with fresh Tomato Basil Pesto Sauce for appetizers and our crowd-winning Seasonal Apple Crisp and Goat Cheese Mousse for dessert.
Team member Minou Sadeghi wrote, “I have received nothing but amazing remarks from everyone who attended! The program flowed beautifully, and the food was absolutely fantastic – as was the service!” Another team member also quoted, “Everything was great – from the activities, to the staff, and of course, the food. Thank you!”
