March may have been a hot month for basketball fans, but for us at Lajollacooks4u, March was on fire! Groups galore had Chef Jodi running in and out of her kitchen all month long. Oh how the time flies when you're busy having fun!
Starting our March Madness off right, Wesley Enterprise, Inc. joined Lajollacooks4u for an outstanding gourmet team building event. The six Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) writers and administrative assistant of Wesley Enterprise, Inc. had an enjoyable time collaboratively preparing, and then dining on, a gourmet, five-course meal.
Fun fact: these team members from Wesley Enterprise, Inc typically telecommute from the comfort of their own homes. They finally met in person while at Lajollacooks4u! (We certainly enjoyed meeting them, too.)
Two cooking school teachers from Alberta, Canada made the journey down south to Lajollacooks4u, after finding our attraction listed as part of the ultimate epicurean package on Edible Destinations. These two foodies and Chef Jodi had a blast swapping culinary stories and putting together a delicious gourmet meal.
Keeping the ball rolling, Lajollacooks4u welcomed two lovely local couples from the local san Diego area. One was making a (slightly belated) Valentine's Day trip, after purchasing a Lajollacooks4u gift card during Christmas!
We believe love, and good food and wine, should be celebrated any day and everyday.
Chai @ Beth El also joined Chef Jodi for another delicious group cooking class. Keeping true to the Golden State, the menu featured delicious dishes of true Californian Cuisine.
And finally, ending our month of cooking class madness, a charming group of four women joined Lajollacooks4u for a cooking class. Cheryl Passer, a San Diego local, invited her mother and a friend from Colorado, along with another friend from lovely San Diego, to come together for this wonderful event.

Overall, March was a pretty awesome month for us and the many guests who experienced Lajollacooks4u's gourmet cooking and dining attraction.
