Lajollacooks4u is celebrating another milestone as January marks 13 years in business!

Since our inception, we’ve been able to steadily evolve – first, as a company doing Farmer’s Market Tours, to one offering Farm-to-Table Experiences, and now to one providing corporate Team-Building Cooking Challenges. With over 300 five-star reviews on TripAdvisor and being honored with the site’s Certificate of Excellence five years in a row, today we’ve become San Diego’s premiere team building and cooking events company, hosting Fortune500 companies from all over the globe.

But even with all of our success, we’ve continued to evolve and are thrilled to now be able to bring teams together virtually via Zoom. Our Virtual Cooking Events have since been a hit with remote teams wanting to reconnect and have fun over a delicious meal. We’re also able to ship Ingredients Boxes to those participants living in the San Diego area. All the ingredients you’ll need for our virtual cooking events – shipped right to your door!

Speaking about Lajollacooks4u’s anniversary, Founder and Chef Jodi Abel, said, “I’m so thrilled and proud to be celebrating 13 years in business. We started with next to nothing in 2008 and have been able to build something that is quite special. The landscape has changed so much over the years (especially during COVID-19!), but we’ve been able to adapt our services to suit the demands of the market.” She added, “from where we started, to where we are now, is just incredible.”

Lajollacooks4u looks forward to many more anniversary celebrations in the future as our footprint continues to grow as a leader in team-building events and special occasion cooking events (both virtual and in-person).
