Thanksgiving Appetizer Presentation

This is a fun and easy appetizer presentation for the holidays!  All you need to do is take either acorn or butternut squash, hollow out the bottom half and rub with lemon juice to prevent browning.  Then, fill with olives, guacamole or any dip of your choice — and voila!
