Pico de Gallo

If this doesn’t scream summer, I don’t know what does! Simple and delicious.

What You’ll Need:

1/2 finely diced onion
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
2 to 3 diced tomatoes
1 to 2 limes, juiced

What to Do:
In a medium-size bowl add chopped onion cilantro and salt mix together until thoroughly combined set aside for a few minutes.  Then, add chopped tomatoes and toss.  Finally finish off with fresh lime juice – so easy!
