Paleo Pancakes

What better way to celebrate National Pancake Day than with a healthy alternative to a classic American Favorite?

What You’ll Need:

3 ripe bananas

4 eggs

⅓ cup almond flour

What To Do:

Mash bananas to preferred consistency. Add in eggs and beat. Add almond flour and stir. Butter pan over medium heat. Form mid-sized pancakes (too large will not cook through).

Serve with honey and berries! Eat as breakfast or even desert!
