Mexican Slaw

What You’ll Need:

A half a head of cabbage, shredded

half a head of purple cabbage, shredded

Shredded carrots

Purple onion, Finley sliced

Fresh cilantro, chopped

3 limes, juice

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon sea salt

Fourth a teaspoon pepper

Half cup olive oil

What to Do:

In a large bowl, add all shredded and chopped vegetables.  In a small mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, cumin, salt and pepper and olive oil.  Pour dressing over salad and let marinate in fridge for a couple of hours
