This is a delicious entrée – perfect for a night in or to celebrate a special event!
What You’ll Need:
1-3 lb. Flank Steak
1/3 cup olive oil
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon fresh, minced garlic
1 teaspoon smoked or coarse sea salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
What to Do:
Place flank steak on cutting board and cover with plastic wrap. Gently pound meat with tenderizer hammer on both sides. Then, place meat in glass dish.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt chili flakes and olive oil until well-blended. Pour marinade over meat and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerator for a few hours.
Bring meat to room temperature and grill until desired doneness, or about 7 minutes each side. Enjoy!
