Lajollacooks4u Recognized by Les Dames d’Escoffier International

Chef Jodi was given a shout-out in Les Dames d’Escoffier International’s annual quarterly this month!

She currently serves as the vice president on the board of the local San Diego Chapter, which is comprised of local women leaders who strive to achieve excellence in careers related to food, beverage, hospitality, nutrition, food technology, food journalism and communications, art of the table and farming.
