Herb Olive Oil

This is more like a marinade – store at room temperature and sauté anything and everything in it!  You will absolutely love this recipe!!

What You’ll Need:

2 Tablespoons fresh rosemary

2 Tablespoons fresh thyme

2 Tablespoons fresh oregano

2 Tablespoons fresh sage

2 Tablespoons fresh basil

2 Tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley

2 -3 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon sea salt

¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper

1 1/2 cups olive oil

1 1/2 cups sunflower oil

What to Do:

Remove all leaves from the herb stem and finely chop them all together.  In an extra-large measuring cup or bowl, add olive oil and sunflower oil.  Add all minced herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir until mixed well.  Then, use a funnel and pour herb oil into several glass jars (you can buy at Michael’s or World Market Cost Plus.)

Store at room temperature, and shake bottle before using so herbs float to top.  Enjoy!
