Grilled Stone Fruit

This is a delicious summer dish that is extremely popular in our team-building events!

What You’ll Need:
6 Stone Fruits (Peaches, Nectarine and/or Plums)
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar
½ cup of marzipan cheese or vanilla gelato (optional)

What to Do:
Cut fruit in half and take out the pits. Sprinkle brown sugar over fruit.

Grill on medium heat for approximately 4-5 minutes each side until fruit is soft.

Place on platter, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, and serve with marzipan cheese or vanilla gelato.

Or slice fruit, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve on a salad.
