Who doesn’t love a simple but delicious recipe to feed a crowd? You can also use this recipe on any fish of your choice!

What You’ll Need:

1-2 lb. salmon (or smaller portions)

2 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning

2 teaspoons dry mustard powder

1 heaping Tablespoon fresh, dill, chopped

1 Tablespoon garlic, minced

1 Tablespoon olive oil

What to Do:

In a small mixing bowl add Old Bay Seasoning, dry mustard and fresh chopped dill.

Pat dry fish and place on a baking sheet. Coat fish with olive oil, add minced garlic and generously sprinkle rub over entire fish. Can either grill for 15-20 minutes or roast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes – it’s entirely up to you!

Do not use any extra salt or pepper.  The Old Bay Seasoning is packed with flavor and does not need it!
