Farm Fresh Stirfry

This recipe was inspired by my weekly farm baskets from Yasukochi Farms.  It’s not only super nutritious and perfect for summer, but incredibly easy to make, as well!

What You’ll Need:

Napa cabbage, sliced into thin strips
Bok Choy
Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Asparagus
Ginger, freshly chopped
Garlic, freshly chopped
Roasted sesame seed oil
Roasted sesame seeds
Red chili flakes
Coarse sea salt

What to Do:

Heat large saute pan and add 2 tablespoons of roasted sesame seed oil.

Add asparagus, mushrooms, napa cabbage and bok choy.  Next, add chopped ginger and garlic and saute until vegetables become soft.  Then, add chili flakes and salt and saute vegetables until desired doneness.  Enjoy!
