Take this Peri-Peri sauce. It's the perfect sauce for marinating fish, calamari, or chicken...whether you grill or pan sear. We are sure you are going to love-love our Peri-Peri sauce!
3 fresh chili peppers (Jalapeno, poblano or similar, chopped)
1⁄2 cup fresh lemon or lime juice
1⁄2 cup Italian parsley, chopped
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
3⁄4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 Tablespoon dried oregano
1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne
In a food processor add all of the ingredients and process until well combined. Adjust ingredients to taste.
Marinate chicken (or other meats) for a few hours and grill.
