Christmas Cookie Baking - LaJollaCooks4U

I love cookie baking with my dear friend Kari! We do an annual holiday cookie baking every year. And it bring such joy for us to be together, listen to Christmas music and bake up some delicious baked goods. Each year Kari and I scout the Internet for the best cookie recipes. This year iwe made red velvet crinkle cookies, chocolate peppermint cookies, coconut puff pastry twist, and a standard sugar cookie with colored sugar.

My favorite part of the whole experience is bagging up the cookies in decorative bags with ribbons and delivering the goodies to my friends! After all, it is the holiday of giving!!

So, gather your friends or your family members and bake up some delicious holiday goodness this season. There are so many recipes out there. I typically look on Instagram and specialty baker blogs, and I love The New York Times for recipe ideas.
